Warehouse and Office Leasing Services

The warehouse and storage yard system ensures service provision for nearly 100,000 drilling metres per year, as well as the supply of materials and equipment for oil and gas projects both within and outside Vietsovpetro.

Central Warehouse (12.650 m²)

Includes enclosed storage, semi-covered sheds, and staging yards designed for seamless handling, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment. As the main operational center, its open-roofed/covered storage facilities are fully certified and compliant with statutory standards. Additionally, it contains dedicated areas for bonded goods and Vietsovpetro shipments pending customs clearance.

Comprising covered warehouses and open storage yards, this facility ensures safe chemical storage equipped with compliant ventilation, containment, and fire prevention and explosion protection systems.

Steel Yard (89.554 m²)

Comprising enclosed warehouses and open storage yards, the indoor warehouse stores project materials and equipment integrated with an automated management system. The yard area is dedicated to receiving drill pipes, casings, structural steel, and construction steel for Vietsovpetro’s internal and external projects. This facility also manages and dispenses technical gas cylinders, maintaining an inventory of 4,600 oxygen cylinders and 3,600 acetylene cylinders to supply technical gases directly to internal Vietsovpetro units and third-party services.

Providing office spaces for rent and administrative operations, the facility is fully equipped with modern amenities and an integrated automatic fire alarm system, creating a safe and efficient working environment.

Port services comprise berthing services for vessels of up to 10,000 DWT, cargo loading, unloading and lifting, electricity and water supply, pumping of bulk materials on board, leasing of boxes and containers of all types, cleaning of vessel holds and bulk material tanks, as well as the reception, sorting, storage and treatment of waste.

The Division operates two repair workshops: the workshop at No. 44, 30/4 Road specialises in the maintenance and repair of transport vehicles and production equipment, while the workshop at No. 69, 30/4 Road handles repair, corrosion protection, inspection and load testing of containers, gas cylinders and cargo boxes, and manages the Division's electrical system.

With a skilled workforce and a professional working style, the repair workshop delivers quality service and satisfaction to customers and partners.
